Casting sub-parts are produced in our own molds with raw materials in accordance with Casting Quality Standards.
Caliper Production
Forging
Production of high-strength parts is made with special molds in our hot forging line. That provides more consistency and finer metallurgical properties. It’s also preferred to accelerate mass production and minimize environmental pollution.
Machining
Designed Parts that R&D is completed are produced on our large machines equipment and transmitted to the assembly line with Quality Control approvals.
Assembly
Sub-parts that procure the Quality Approval are assembled and tested in conformity with the Technical Drawings in the assembly department then continuing to packaging.
